Ingredients:
• 2 boiled eggs, mashed
• 1 tbsp low-fat cottage cheese

• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Chili flakes (optional)
• 1 sourdough bagel, toasted and left open-faced
• Cucumber slices
• Lettuce leaves
• Tomato slices
• Jalapeno slices (optional, for a spicy kick)

Instructions:
1. Prepare Egg Mixture: In a bowl, mash the boiled eggs. Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and mustard, and mix until well-combined. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if desired.
2. Toast Bagel: Toast the sourdough bagel halves until golden.
