Ingredients:
• 30g oats
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 100ml milk of choice (adjust as needed for desired consistency)
• 1 egg white (optional, for extra protein)
• 1/2 small banana, mashed
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 10g seeds or nuts of choice
• Pinch of cinnamon
• 1 tsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions:
1. Prepare Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, milk, egg white (if using), mashed banana, baking powder, seeds/nuts, cinnamon, and sweetener if desired. Stir until well-mixed.
2. Prepare Baking Tray: Line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray and spread it evenly. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes, or until the top is set and golden.
